OAHS consists of a 25-bed critical access hospital, 64-bed long-term care facility, a home health agency and a 6 physician and 4 advance practice provider medical clinic with a strong specialist outreach clinic of over 20 visiting specialists. OAHS was awarded the Clifton Larson Allen Gold Standard for financial strength in the top 10% of critical access hospitals and received the Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence award for consistently achieving the 95th percentile of performance in patient satisfaction – nationwide. This along with many other state and local recognitions show our commitment to those we serve.
